  2. i think that this advertisement is quite effective in terms of visuals and special effects in communicating the idea of dirty hands and germs could be anywere. this add is also effective because the message "whose hand are you holding" makes you want to wash your hand and have that relief of being safe by using the product that is being advertise " Detol handwash"

  5. it shows the difference between sombody not using the detol hand thingo, it also shows a display of hanging hands, which i have to ask where they got them from.

  6. this advertisment is very effective as it is communicating its message in a visually effective and different way. it shows that there are germs everywhere and promotes this product by saying whhos hand are you really holding. which is relevent to real life which will promote people to buy .

  9. This ad uses a clever idea to send its message to the viewer. It is very effective in the visual aspects as well as the writing too, with the rheutorical question used to scare those who see it.

  14. EWW.. I don't think many people will want to use the bus services after seeing this ad!

    It uses great visuals to bring to the audiences attention the things we touch every day aren't as clean as we would hope.

  20. Lets also talk about the text- they use statistics and rhetorical questions and emotive words like 'instant' that are effective because the product gets you scared about germs and you buy the product!
    You are interested by the visuals as it is unusual- arms hanging down, this grabs your attention, your desire is to clean your hands immediately so you don't catch anything! (AIDA)
